Enrolled in the WAY program with the full tuition payment

Remark

The number of dormitory units is limited and cannot accommodate the entire WAY student body.

Housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

10:00 am (KST) 22^nd to 24:00 pm (KST) 24^th Oct., 2024

*Academic Info System > Dorm(Sinchon) > Application

Result announce

5:00 pm (KST) 29^th Oct. 2024

*Allocation is first come, first served.

*Find the result in Y portal > Academic Info > Dorm(Sinchon) > Application

*Step 5 means you are selected and the bill is ready

*Find bank info in the Y portal > Academic Info > Dorm(Sinchon) > Bill to pay and secure your reservation.

Payment by

7^th Nov. 2024

*Payment method: wire transfer through your bank, Wise or Flywire

*Consider the transfer commission incurred during the overseas wire transfer and the transfer period.

*Any short payment due to bank commission can be settled by cash at the on-campus bank after moving in.

*If the payment is not completed by the due date, the housing will be canceled without notice.

Cancellation Fee

Full refund with the email notification or submit a cancellation request through the Yonsei portal by 23:59 (KST) on 24^th Dec. 2024

*Refer to the refund policy for cancellation in the middle of the housing period

Roommate Request

From 1^st Dec., 2024 to 7^th Dec., 2024

*Academic Info > Dorm(Sinchon) > Roommate Request

*Each person should approve the other’s roommate's request

Required document for check-in

TB test report

*regardless of nationality, all students should submit the result report upon check-in.

*x-ray, skin test, and blood test are acceptable

*test taken after Oct. 2024 is acceptable

Waitlist

*ones whose application is not accepted, to be on the waitlist automatically, according to the order

*ones who miss the application, can apply from 8th Nov. and be on the waitlist according to the order
