We are pleased to announce an additional opportunity to apply for remaining rooms at Woojungwon Dormitory for students participating in the 2025 YISS program.

Please carefully read all of the following information before applying.

1. Eligibility

• Early-bird students who can log in to the Yonsei Portal
  (Having a student ID is not sufficient if you cannot access the Yonsei portal. This requirement was determined in coordination with the YISS Office. We kindly ask for your understanding.)

2. Application Period
May 8, 2025 (Thu) 10:00 AM ~ May 9, 2025 (Fri) 10:00 PM (KST)

Based on first-come, first-served policy only.

3. Available Room

• Woojungwon Dormitory – Triple Bunk Beds (House photo: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NmdEwRzFagDRaivFL9t_bt5rwlRIM0lT/view?usp=sharing)

• Rooms are gender-separated.

• Number of rooms will not be disclosed and there are no vacancies or waitlist available in SK house & INTL house.

4. How to Apply

1. Use a PC or tablet to access the Yonsei Portal

2. Navigate to: Academic Information System → DORM (SINCHON) → Application

3. Fill out the application completely and submit
   � The page will not open before the scheduled time

4. Delete your initial application in advance  with the button at the bottom of your page if you are a first round applicants

5. Result Announcement

• May 13, 2025 (Mon) at 11:00 AM (KST)

• Check via Application menu in Yonsei Portal. Step 5 means you are selected.

6. Payment Deadline

• May 23, 2025 (Fri)

• Only successful applicants may proceed with payment. Find the bill in the Yonsei portal - DORM(SINCHON)
